There is a total of 5,100 square feet in the building. The main floor consists of three rooms that total 2,700 feet with 3 handicap accessible bath rooms. There is a fire place in the north suite and 18th century arch ways topping windows and doors throughout the building. The anchor suite has plank flooring and other rooms have the original wood flooring.

Rooms have extended crown molding. The color scheme throughout is earth tones of brown, beige, forest and  sage green, keyed to richly hued and textured carpeting.

The upstairs has approximately 2,400 square feet with two rooms of 20' x 16' front offices overlooking Main Street with two more offices of 10' x 16' on the building's south side. The north side of the upstairs consists of the stairway, hall and a lounge area, complete with kitchen sink. The rooms have exposed brick and beautiful wood flooring.

Original light fixtures from the days the building served as a Hotel have been used to light the hallway.

There are three bathrooms upstairs also and the electrical, plumbing and HVAC are new.

Additional accent pieces include a framed original issue of the Alachua Booster newspaper and an original art nuevo mirrored hanging in the north suite.

The back balcony stairway overlooks a grove of towering oaks and hardwoods. The setting provides the perfect backdrop for picnic tables, patio umbrella tables for social gatherings or daily breaks from the office routine.
